Do you ship overseas?
Sofias Journal Shop ships all over the world, prices for shipping will vary depending on your location. Shipping estimates can be calculated in the checkout process.

Why is my order stuck in Pre-Shipment?
Shipping times are currently 5-7 business days due to the high volume of orders. When checking out please be aware that the amount of time given is how long it will take to create and ship your order out. Depending on the shipping profile you select will depend on the amount of time it will take for the package to arrive once it has been shipped out. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. If you haven't received an email confirmation please email sofiasjournalshop@gmail.com with your name and order number and allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Please be aware that Sofias Journal Shop is not responsible for a package that gets lost in the mail. Once the package is in the hands of USPS it is up to them to deliver the package safely. If an order does get lost in the mail Sofias Journal Shop will be happy to send out a replacement order once the lost item has been confirmed by USPS and approved by the Insurance Company. If you'd like to receive a refund instead of a replacement the same rules with apply.

Personalized products and larger orders can take 5-9 business days to ship.

International orders will take 5-7 business days due to the high volume of orders. Once an international package has shipped it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the destination. Depending on the shipping profile you select will depend on the amount of time it will take for the package to arrive once it has been shipped out.

IMPORTANT: Customers have reported that tracking from USPS is not always valid. Sofias Journal Shop drops the packages off at the USPS loading dock where it is later taken immediately onto a truck and to the sorting facility. During this process the order isn't always scanned into the system right away. Please allow a few days for tracking to update accordingly. Customers have also reported that their tracking information has skipped from Pre-Shipment to Delivered/Out for Delivery. If you have any questions or concerns please email sofiasjournalshop@gmail.com allowing 24-48 hours for a response or contact your local post office for further information and accurate tracking information.

Digitals/Printables will automatically get sent to your email after you have purchased them.

What can I use this journal for? How do I know which trackers are best for me?
Our journals are built to help you improve your mental health, physical health, organization habits, and any struggles you are looking to improve. Our journals are completely customizable by allowing you to pick which pages work best with what you are looking to improve. You have the choice of over 100+ different Individual Trackers that can help with mental health, physical health, organization, finance, pregnancy, etc.

Example: If you struggle with anxiety you can choose to include an Anxiety Tracker in your journal and track it based on the key that you provide for yourself. Each day you log your anxiety in your journal and at the end of the week/month/year you can reflect on it and use that to help you improve your overall mental health.

Can my order be packaged on Tiktok?
All orders will be packed on Tiktok Live! If you would like your order exclusively packaged in a Tiktok video please leave a note on your order and Sofias Journal Shop will try to do it! Sofias Journal Shop receives a high volume of requests daily for orders to be packaged in a Tiktok video, so there is no guarantee that it will happen.

How do you use the Digital Trackers and Coloring Pages?
Instruction on how to use (PROCREATE IOS)

(1) Import PDF file by tapping the "Import" icon in the top right hand corner, select the file you wish to import and hit done to save.
(2) Open your artwork and click on the layers icon in the top right hand corner (It will look like two sqaures overlapping one another).
(3) In the Layers section select the "+" icon in the top right hand corner to make a new layer. Move that layer underneath the coloring page layer.
(4) Stay in the Layers tab and select the coloring page layer so that it highlights the layer in blue. You will then hit the "N".
(5) When the selections appear scroll all the way to the top and select "Multiply" (This will allow all coloring to be made underneath the black lines!
(6) Select the coloring page layer and swipe left until you see 3 choices appear. Hit "Lock" (this will ensure that you do not accidentally color on this layer or alter its appearance).
Influencer looking to collaborate?
Sofias Journal Shop partners with influencers by doing gifted collaborations in exchange for content. All inquiries can be sent to sofiasjournalshop@gmail.com. Once approved the influencer will receive gifted products, an exclusive discount code to share with their followers, PR packages, and special offers for future purchases!

3 Stages of becoming a Friends Influencer:
- Send an inquiry to sofiasjournalshop@gmail.com (if basic requirements are not met the inquiry will be denied).
- If selected for the next stage all influencers will be required to fill out a questionnaire that will determine them becoming a part of the Friends Influencer program.
- Once approved you will share your information with us and be gifted your first Sofias Journal Shop products!

Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 10K followers
- Have at least 100K video views in the last 30 days (proof of analytics required)
- Be a minimum of 14 years old
- Be willing to spread love, kindness, and positivity!
- Be willing to share how their journal has helped to improve their mental health, physical health, etc.

All inquiries are reviewed by Sofia and a request can be denied even if the requirements are met. Influencers are subject to being removed from the program if discussed collaboration details are not met or analytics change.
