Return & Exchange Policy
Sofias Journal Shop does not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. If you need assistance regarding a purchase made, a team member would be happy to assist you. All questions regarding returns, exchanges and/or damages, please email: sofiasjournalshop@gmail.com allowing 24-48 hours for a response.
If you receive a defective/damaged item, photo evidence will be necessary in order to receive a replacement or store credit in the form of an electronic gift card within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses if a return is approved.
- Personalized products are not returnable

Digitals/Printables Policy
Sofias Journal Shop does not accept returns or exchanges of any kind on Digitaltals/Printables. If your digital/printable is different from what you ordered or you need a different size/format please email: sofiasjournalshop@gmail.com and allow us 24-48 hours to respond!

Cancellation Policy
Sofias Journal Shop accepts cancellations within 1 hour of the purchase being made, for the cancellation to be valid you must email sofiasjournalshop@gmail.com or send a message on our website within 1 hour of the purchase. Sofias Journal Shop does not accept cancellations on personalized products or any items after the 1 hour mark. If you need assistance regarding a purchase made, a team member would be happy to assist you. All questions regarding cancellations can be made to sofiasjournalshop@gmail.com allowing 24-48 hours for a response.

- If the cancellation has been accepted a refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
